They are not safe to use when installed outside, and they feel unsafe when installed in the bathroom because of too much water vapor. So where should the switch socket of the bathroom be installed?
1. The switch socket should be placed outside the doorway, just at the doorway. Many buildings are actually like this. The inside is damp, humid, and water will affect it. If there is a leakage, it will be more dangerous.
2. Toilet socket installation: When the professional decoration company installs the bathroom circuit, the installation position of the exposed socket is more than 1.8m from the ground, and the concealed socket is more than 0.3m from the ground. Children's electric shock is usually unconsciously touching with a finger or inserting a metal object into the hole of the power source, so the concealed socket must be a safety socket with a fuse.
3. Toilets are often used for bathing and showering, which are easy to be wet. Ordinary sockets should not be used for toilet socket installation.
When assembling the switch, the concealed switch requires 1.2m-1.4m from the ground and 150mm-200mm from the door frame horizontally. The position of the switch socket should correspond to the light position, and the height of the switch in the same room should be the same. Waterproof switches should be used in toilets to ensure personal safety.
